Telinta and Vida Partnership Expands AI Agents for Telecom Services

Telinta partnership with Vida brings AI agent capabilities into the TeliCore platform, allowing telecom service providers to add multilingual and multi-channel automation across voice, messaging, and customer interactions.

Telinta partnership with Vida introduces AI agent functions to telecom service providers using Telinta’s hosted switching and billing system. The integration places Vida’s AI technology inside the TeliCore platform, expanding available services for providers working with Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, UCaaS, WebRTC, branded softphones, and internet-based calling systems. The companies said the arrangement gives providers a way to include AI-powered customer interactions within existing telecom offerings.

🔑 Key Highlights

  • Telinta integrated Vida AI into the TeliCore platform
  • AI agents support voice, SMS, email, and chat
  • Webinar scheduled for June 24, 2026
  • New customers receive discounts during 2026
  • Vida AI agents support 10 languages by default

The newly added AI tools allow business customers to use agents capable of handling incoming calls with natural-language responses informed by customer information and internal business resources. During interactions, the agents can send text messages containing links for purchases, reservations, online documentation, and related actions. The platform also supports outbound calls from prepared contact lists and can automatically reconnect missed calls to reduce missed customer engagements.

The partnership arrives alongside broader access to Vida’s AI operating platform for Telinta customers. Vida’s system supports communications and operational activity across businesses and provides tools for building, launching, and managing AI agents through voice, messaging, email, and chat. According to the companies, the platform also includes operational oversight and compliance features intended to support large-scale deployment. Vida agents can operate in 10 languages and connect with existing phone systems through SIP device registration.

Telinta said its cloud-based TeliCore platform has served VoIP providers worldwide since 2002 and combines switching with real-time billing functions. The company also provides white-label systems that let telecom providers and resellers deliver VoIP offerings under their own names and pricing structures. To explain the partnership further, both companies plan a free webinar on June 24, 2026.

The companies also introduced offers tied to new customer signups in 2026. Telinta plans a discount on a first monthly invoice, while Vida will reduce platform fees for Telinta customers using its monthly plan during the opening three months of service. Vida will also provide a no-cost proof-of-concept AI agent intended to demonstrate platform functionality before commitment.

📊 What This Means (Our Analysis)

This partnership matters because it places AI tools inside telecom services already used by providers rather than requiring separate systems. By combining switching, billing, customer communication, and AI-driven interactions in one environment, the companies position telecom providers to broaden the services they can offer business customers using infrastructure already in place.

The arrangement also signals a practical path for telecom providers seeking new service opportunities tied to customer engagement. Discounts, trial access, and integrated deployment suggest an effort to lower adoption barriers while helping providers introduce AI-supported communication features through familiar telecom channels.

📌 Our Take: The partnership points to a future where telecom providers may increasingly combine communications infrastructure with AI-powered customer engagement.
