Businesses subscribing to these packages will also receive support from the AIS Service Desk, which provides around-the-clock assistance through a dedicated hotline. Additional incentives include complimentary Copilot workshops for the first 1,000 subscribers and private on-site training for organizations purchasing at least 10 licenses.

The initiative is structured around three primary areas. The first centers on expanding access to AI through packaged solutions tailored for SMEs. The second focuses on skills development through educational events organized jointly by AIS and Microsoft. These roadshows will take place in Bangkok and key economic provinces across seven regions, with a target of training more than 700 SME entrepreneurs by the end of 2026.

To extend learning opportunities beyond in-person events, Microsoft will also make its Elevate training curriculum available through AIS’s online platform. This approach allows business owners and employees to build AI-related skills independently and according to their own schedules. A third component introduces AI Agent Templates that can be deployed through Copilot and adapted for specific business functions.
